The paper cutting are held in place on the interior of the glass with perishing plaster based material.
The glass ball is broken into three sections with associated running cracks.
To meet a short deadline for exhibition a simple stabilisation treatment was undertaken.
The Japanese tissue tapes are help in place with EVA which is easily reversible should a more comprehensive treatment be undertaken.
